Over 25 years ago, I started baking in my grandma's kitchen in Mobile, Alabama. I loved tasting her cakes and soon enough she had me busy cracking the eggs and adding the butter. As a teenager, I attended summer baking classes, never forgetting the masterful combination of art and flavor that I came to appreciate as a youth.

In time, I moved to Georiga to perfect my design and baking skills. I studied with Jermene, a baker from France. After years of studying with Jermene, I started working in local grocery stores as a pastry chef and as a Wilton Method Instructor.

Having perfected my trade, designing cakes as beautiful as they were tasty, I created Custom Design Cakes. With the help and assistance of Patrick, Ashley, Brittany and my number one taste tester Patrice, I have realized a dream of my youth. I am now masterfully baking and decorating custom cakes, desserts, and pastries for any occasion.
